Toothless is an early-access voice assistant. The microphone runs only after you start it. Pause or leave the tab to stop listening.

What is processed

Speech clips are sent to Deepgram for transcription. Transcript text and recent conversational context are sent through OpenRouter to classify whether you are addressing Toothless. Accepted requests are sent to the reply model, and replies are sent to Deepgram to generate speech. These services process data under their own terms and retention policies; this is not an offline assistant.

What we store

Google handles sign-in when you choose Continue with Google. Supabase stores your account identifier, verified email, trial allowance, listening session timestamps, usage balances, and purchase records. Temporary voice reply text is stored for playback authorization. We do not intentionally store microphone recordings in our database. Transcripts in the conversation interface stay in the current browser session.

Payments and cookies

Dodo Payments handles checkout, billing details, receipts, and payment methods. Toothless receives payment status and purchase identifiers, not your card number. Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in.

Using it around others

Let people nearby know when the microphone is on. Avoid sharing sensitive information during the preview. Speaker labels are not identity verification.

Account and purchase help

For purchase assistance, use the support contact on your Dodo receipt. To request removal of your account data, contact the operator through the same support channel. Records needed to reconcile payments may be retained.
